The Holocaust could never happen int he U.S. Mainly because the our freedom rights and the service wouldnt allow anyone like Adolf Hitler do all of that they would stop him before he could even make whatever his plan is to kill people successful. Another reason that there is to many ethnicity's

Genocides

After the start of the war in 1939 the Nazi regime’s anti-gypsy measures were intensified. Increasingly the official view was that the gypsies, like the Jews, had to ‘disappear from the Reich’. As a result of this radicalization, around 2,300 gypsies were deported to the General Government in May of 1940. They were far from welcome there, and the gypsies were placed in special sections of the already over-crowded ghettos. In the autumn of 1941 approximately 5,000 Austrian gypsies were deported to the Jewish ghetto in Lodz, where they were given their own section. The conditions for the gypsies were extremely harsh, and in many ways worse than those of the Jews. Many fell victim to epidemics, or died of hunger. Those gypsies that survived the stay in the ghetto were gassed to death, together with the Jewish residents, in the extermination camp Chelmno.

After reading this I felt that there really are crazy people in our world who just kill people for the fun of it. I think to myself after reading this and I think what kind of sick-minded person would do this to 5,000 people is this world really that sick. Thoughts like what if someone came into their house and mad them move to a terrible place like Lodz.

Night

I really didnt learn to much about the holocaust off of watching the movie mainly because it just showed us one camp and it mainly based the whole movie on the camp that Elie Wiesel was in as a fifthteen year old boy growing up during the holocaust. All i mainly learned was the things that the Nazis had done to the Jews at that camp in particular. What I found most powerful was all of the hair that the Nazis had cut of off the Jews just to sell to some factory to make clothes. Another thing i had found powerful were all of the baby clothes in the cases of all of the baby's. Well we havent read the book night yet and i hope to read it just to get a better understanding on the holocaust. No i didnt really learn anything that I didnt really know about the Holocaust in general.

Hi, my name is Justice McClendon and I am a pretty good reader. Yes i like to read when I have some alone time and when i am hardly doing anything or when it is assigned to me that I might have to do it for a class. My favorite genre of books would haave to biographys and autobiographys. One of my favorite books would be the Biography of Charles Barkley, and another one would have to be Biography of Bo Jackson.  The book I am Currently reading is called Ghost of War by Ryan Smithson and it is and autobiography. It is about Ryan a GI in the army during 9/11.

failure but victory

as we walk out of the opposing teams gym
we say we failed and we know we did
the person i could hear getting into the house is him
the him is my dad and the thing he saying is good game
i tell him that we are failures
he turns to me and asks me what i said
i told exactly what i said
i said dad me and my tell had failed
he comes in the house from checking the mail
he comes and he starts to ask me how well had failed
i told day we lost
then a sighed a so
and i said oh well

destruction

What would happen if a bear
ran in my house and began to tear
i would run and scream
and my life would really seem
that i might not see another day to live
that this bear would take my life
then i thought my house is damaged
my face is bruise arm cut i need a bandage
and as my house begins to me tore
the bear is demolishing our house even more
as the bear begins to swing i begin to reach for the only thing
the gun in my dad's bedroom closet
the gun he spent all of his money in his bank deposit
the bear runs and towards me with a roar
the shot so loud like the slam of a wooden door

love

love, love, love
sometimes as sweet as a dove,
hate can shatter
shatter like a solid platter
love and hate are antonyms
hate and love
love is weird
hate is bad
without out love you may be sad
but as long as you dont hate
than you should be happy
now lets celebrate

rising

Often in the morning as I awake
I feel a long and ruff shake
As I am getting up
I smell eggs and ketchup
As I hear my mother
Yelling at my big brothers
As I walk out the door I hear my mother say,
Yelling telling me to have a good day

An assumption about the farm can be that it will start off good but it won’t end well. I don’t believe that a lot of the animals are going to stay faithful and true to the animal farm. Some might trade on each other. The leader might trade on some of them too I don’t know. I am just going to have to read some more of the book. I believe that they will use the power that they can read and write in a harmful way. It might not be harmful at first but in the end it will be. They will take advantage of the fact that they can read and write.
I wouldn’t vote for neither of them but if I had to choose one I would say Napoleon. It seems like he knows what to do. He knows what the farm needs. He is prepared for an attack at any time and that is a good thing. He is a better leader than Snowball because Snowball isn’t friendly but he isn’t like hardcore as a leader like Napoleon. Napoleon’s plan would benefit the farm the most because he know then need food technology and stuff like that. I really don’t think Snowball broke the windmill but that’s what they say. I think they were just trying to blame it on someone and blamed it on him.
I believe that Orwell the writer of Animal Farm is trying to send a message that the rulers didn’t take any mess what they wanted to do is what they wanted to do and nobody was going to stop them. If somebody tried to step in the way he would probably kill them. In the book everyone thought that the commandment said “No animal kills another animal” when it actually said “No animal kills another animal without reason and they say that all the animals probably forgot that part at the end but I think it was somebody that added that after the killing. The Russian Revolution was ruled by the leaders and they thought that nobody could defeat them when they really were defeated.

Zacks Lie

This book is a dystopian novel because almost everything he does in the story isn’t good. Like the setting and all of his family problems. The way his dad has to leave and go and put his family into the witness protection program. They had to move to a small town and become unknown when the guy comes and break into Jack Osborn’s house.  The guy comes and breaks into their house because he is looking for his Jack’s dad. This book should be recommended to every young reader to read. I liked it I kept in reading some more of Rowland Smith’s books. They are filled with exciting and fun filled things and adventures.

This book examples of allegory are like in the book the Three Little Pigs a piece of allegory in it wolf blows down the house it stood to me for as like a tornado some people don’t actually know that.Zack’s Lie doesn’t have any allegory. Allegory- a story that symbolizes something else. Even though the story Zack’s Lie has a lot of allegory I chose this idea. This book is allegory because its not exactly what would happen in like real life. It could but its very rare. That is the only allegory that I could find and its actually a good one you will find out if you ever read the book its like the only allegory in it. I actually read he book twice and its amazing.

The book Zack’s Lie is and dystopia book. It is a dystopian book because of the life he lives is no where near perfect it’s the total opposite. A dystopian society is an imaginary place where everything is as bad as it can be. This book has a dystopian society because Jack Osborn has to change his name to Zack. He has to change it to that because some guy broke into the Osborn’s house looking for his dad. So his dad had put them into the Witness Protection Program. Jack has to go to another school meet new friends and leave his old friends behind.
Zack’s Lie doesn’t have any satire. It’s still the best book I have read and I like the book a lot. In the book The Three Little Pigs something that could be satirized is the wolf in the story usually blows down houses. Satire in that case could be instead of him blowing down their houses the pigs blow down his house. So that the wolf would have to go live with his mom or someone in his family. The book has no satire in it. It’s still the best book I have read. I like books and movies that have satire in it but I like this book also.

My experience with the bully video was very interesting. It had its sad moments in it and the happy. Like when he was being stomped and called gay and those sorts of things were the sad parts. The good parts were when he won in court he said “he felt like jumping up”. I know he had to feel bad when he would go and tell the teachers and principles. No student shouldn’t deserve that punishment and being bullied like that actually no person. That should have been taken care of by the teachers and students. http://www.tolerance.org/blog/when-bully-gets-bullied
I do not support bullying its wrong. It’s not called bullying if you’re defending yourself and that’s what people don’t understand. Also what people mistake things for? I have bullied people and I have also been bullied. I can where the people that are being bullied come from about being bullied. Most bully’s bully because they don’t respect they self.

If you have read the book Twisted as far as I have you would know that Tyler has changed. Tyler has changed mentally and emotionally. He has changed mentally because he now thinks that his life now has no point to it. At the beginning he thought that there was a point into his life. He had goals in life. “My goal is to finish the cereal before falling face down in the milk”. That is not a very big goal but at least he had goals. He has changed into a whole different Tyler. “I should have put on more deodorant before I left” said Tyler trying to impress Bethany
Tyler was very to me I would say twisted over bethany and he really began to "love" Bethany. Around the end of the story he began to lose feelings for her. He wanted to start thinking about killing himself. To me was the worst idea in the story. His idea to spray paint the school was stupid also. This idea was even more stupid and he shouldnt have those thoughts. The book twisted was very interesting in alot of ways and I liked the book. It should be recommeded to be read in all middle schools or to all freshman

The reason why I chose this quote is because it said that in the book and it shows alot of character in Tyler. This book is good and it has alot of things that can can explain Tyler as a person. I chose this because he really like her and than he did the right thing and she got mad. Where im at in the story she knows that he didnt take those pictures of her. When he gets in trouble i like when his sister says "I know you didnt do it".

blog 2

No I don’t think it’s fair that girls to dress like that but they can do what they want. Even if someone tries to tell them not to they won’t listen well some won’t. Then when someone talks about how they dress they like to get offended and hate to hear what they are doing wrong. Hey who am I to say they are wrong I can’t do anything about it. When girls do that like wear swimming suits to places other than the beach they want guys to look at them so they can feel good about themselves. I can go reasons and reasons about this topic. If she is confident in herself she would cover her self up than show her “goodies”.
Yes, sexual harassment can go both ways as in a girl harassing a guy and a guy harassing girl. I believe the most common is when a guy is harassing a girl. Once again I can’t do anything about but I really wish I could. Illinois is very strict about sexual harassment towards girls and that’s a good thing. http://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/publications/fs-sex.cfm

Josh Gunderson

My experience with Josh Gunderson was unique. He was very well spoken and had some nice facts. He was also funny which I like. He had some very interesting stories about facebook and he knew what he was talking about. He asked us a question on how do we use our facebook and how one girl almost got raped for posting things about how she had a game and when she gets home she is going to have the house to herself but luckily she made it safely away from the guy that followed her on her way home. His speech made me go home and change my facebook privacy settings and delete some people. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4080/4777044065_800939c556.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.flickriver.com/photos/factoryjoe/4777044065/&h=275&w=500&sz=60&tbnid=GykxDCwTwOPH1M:&tbnh=81&tbnw=147&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dpictures%2Bof%2Ba%2Bfacebook%2Bheading%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=pictures+of+a+facebook+heading&docid=udmqkXcHeHodNM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=C4gQT5DjG-upsAKJypjzAw&ved=0CCIQ9QEwAA&dur=219

The book twisted is very interesting. It’s a nice love story so far I like the characters in the story they have interesting personalities. His crushes name is Bethany and he got her hurt in the beginning of the story but I think she is falling for him when he goes to her house for the first time and they had a good time. I’m at the part where it’s the first day of school and he walks past their car and she’s waving at him and everyone is staring at him and his sister and his sister Hannah realizes it first. I really look forward into reading the rest of the book. Im sure I will enjoy the rest of the book.
